Terms and Conditions


We provide computer repairs, upgrades and installations and basic training. We also provide free assessment, free consultation, free quote with no obligation and free recycling.

We operate a No Fix No Fee policy – if we cannot resolve your problem, we do not charge you.

We do not sell computers, major components, accessories or software.

We do not undertake any jobs involving soldering.

We do not repair the following products and devices:
• Apple Macintosh computers (MacBook, iMac etc.)
• printers and scanners
• mobile phones
• tablets
• PDAs
• game consoles
• smart devices
• any other electronic devices (e.g. TVs, DVD players etc.)

Pricing Policy

Our pricing is competitive in the market. If you have a quote from another company, we shall try our best to match their price or even better to make you save money.

We have the right to change our fees / charges in the face of unforeseen circumstances. However, we will not change any fees / charges which we already quoted for you.

For your information, see below our price guidelines:
• onsite repair / troubleshooting £25/hour
• remote support / troubleshooting £25/hour
• virus removal from £30
• data recovery from £40
• computer building from £50
• one-to-one training £20/hour


All payments are due upon receipt of the service provided.

Cash, credit and debit cards are all acceptable methods of payment.

Cheques only up to £50 with cheque guarantee card are accepted.

Online payments via PayPal are accepted for remote support services only.

Area covered

The area covered free of charge is three (3) miles radius from our registered business address. A visit outside this area is still available for a charge of £1 / mile, but the first three miles are always free. Distances are calculated with Google Maps using the shortest possible route.

Although you are welcome to drop off your computer at our registered business address at an agreed time, we can collect and deliver it to your place.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We offer thirty (30) days guarantee for services carried out.

It is your responsibility to claim on the warranty of the hardware / software you bought from third party providers.

Data Protection and Confidentiality

Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party. We will not sell, share or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any e-mails sent by LTB Computers will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services.

We do not store clients' debit or credit card details.
